Marketing & Creative Services | Through the Energy Trust of Oregon Contractor Development Program, Twirl Advertising & Design was selected to provide one-on-one technical assistance to participating contractors throughout Oregon. The program helps contractors strengthen their businesses while increasing participation in energy efficiency programs by offering business development resources, mentoring, and specialized consulting. As a trusted marketing partner, we work directly with business owners to identify opportunities, overcome marketing challenges, and create customized solutions that support long-term growth. Every contractor enters the program with different goals and different levels of marketing experience.
