Project Brief:
Technical Assistance Support for Small Businesses | PACCO (Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon) is a welcoming and inclusive community organized to promote economic empowerment and resiliency for historically marginalized, economically disadvantaged, underserved and under-resourced communities.
Twirl was awarded a Technical Assistance contract with PACCO to assist small businesses in pivoting online during the onset of the COVID crisis. We worked with their team and delivered website design, hosting, and consulting services to various identified small businesses.
