Previous experience with building owners and property managers has provided us with an excellent understanding of system characteristics which will provide good maintenance personnel and building occupant acceptance. Associated with the our excellent design experience is the ability to meet with user focus groups and management personnel to determine the requirements and expectations of proposed mechanical, electrical and lighting systems. We can provide valuable programming information during the initial project phases to obtain a balance between operational requirements, systems capabilities and budgetary limitations.
