Project Brief:
Marketing Consulting Services | The City of Portland’s Clean Air Construction Program (CAC) is a collaboration among public agencies in Portland Metro area, including the City of Portland, Port of Portland, Multnomah County, Washington County, Portland Community Collage, TriMet and Metro to reduce diesel particulate matter emissions on the construction projects.
The City engaged Twirl to assist them with developing a plan and creating materials that effectively communicated with the construction community and stakeholder groups about the upcoming diesel engine construction equipment requirements. Our branding, marketing, and social media services supported awareness of the CAC initiative.
